What types of contractors is Speed to Lead built for?
Speed to Lead by Ad Genius is built for established home service contractors who are actively generating inbound leads including HVAC companies, roofing contractors, painting companies, electricians, plumbers, and similar residential trade businesses. If your business is generating leads and losing them to slow follow-up, this service is designed for your operation.
What happens if a lead no-shows the appointment?
We confirm every appointment before marking it as set. If a lead cancels or no-shows after a confirmed booking, that appointment still counts as set because the agent completed their job. If a lead never confirms and the appointment is never booked, it does not count.
How long does the follow-up window last?
Seven days from the initial inbound lead. After seven days without a confirmed booking, the lead is considered exhausted and removed from active follow-up. This keeps the pipeline clean and focuses agent time on leads that are still warm.
Can we run our internal team alongside Speed to Lead?
Not on the same leads. Parallel follow-up creates confusion, duplicate outreach, and attribution problems. Speed to Lead is designed to be the dedicated follow-up system for the leads it covers. If you have an internal team handling other lead sources, that is fine. We just do not want two teams working the same contact simultaneously.
How do callers introduce themselves to my leads?
