Do I have to have a site built by Ad Genius to use hosting and maintenance?
No. Hosting and maintenance is available for any WordPress site. If your site is on a different platform, it would need to be migrated to WordPress first. Ad Genius can handle that through the website design and development service.
What counts as a content or image update?
Edits to existing pages: swapping a photo, updating text, changing a phone number, revising a service description. Adding new pages, building new sections, or making structural changes to the site are outside the scope of either plan and quoted separately.
What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring runs continuously. If the site goes down, the team is notified immediately and works to restore it. Daily backups ensure a recent clean version of the site is available for restoration if needed.
What is the difference between the monthly and quarterly plans?
The hosting environment, server, security, backups, and plugin updates are identical. The difference is how often content updates are available, one hour per month versus one hour per quarter, and whether reporting is delivered monthly or quarterly.
Do you handle website migrations?
Yes. If your site is currently hosted elsewhere and you want to move it to Ad Genius hosting, migration is available. The site must be on WordPress.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Hosting and maintenance is available on a month-to-month basis.
